The dark lines around the edges and what not that you put in to give the hat
texture are just way to dark, you can hardly tell they are there. I would suggest
making them a bit lighter so they will actually show up. You have to be carful
with the color black, it naturally absorbs details and makes them harder to see.

well, matharu wanted it black, so i made it a bit lighter to add these black lines to give it a texture

The lines at the sides of the mouth do not look very nice. Try to make them smaller and sharpen the ends ( If you still intend to change any in it).
