when i've changed game options to another, saved it by pressing Enter and back again to game options, i see the default settings!

So, you removed it because some settings didn't work? eh.
But which settings? In setup, or in Game Rules?

You can enable a saving option. Have you tried?

You can't change it when you are viewing replay or else it won't change >.>

When you are viewing replay after fight and you go to Game Rules to change it EVEN IF YOU WILL SAVE IT it won't change because you can't change rules when a replay is playing.

daaaaaamn, i'm not looking for a replay, i'm just changing the game rules after starting game before playing in the singleplayer, they're not saving

When you start the game replay are playing then. Just click singleplayer and be sure that you can move your tori THEN change the rules and click singleplayer again.

... and then restart the game and you will see the default settings
