Press C
Contract Left Pec
Raise Left Shoulder

Space x 2

Lower Left Shoulder
Contract Left Hip
Contract Left Knee

Space x 2

Left Rotate Chest
Extend Left Knee
Contract Left Ankle

Space x 2

Thats the Main part of the move. Using the overpowered nature it is very easy from here to grab ukes torso and tear his pecs off but i dont like fluffing up moves so finish as you like ;)
