it is a rough sketch, keep practicing more shading, make solid shapes and then refine into a transition of colors and keep coloring.
the proportions are a bit off, I would recommend you to use a reference on semi-profile view of a human face, then imagine a monster.
A tip from me, dont draw a middle tooth, mostly commonly human races has even number of tooth.
nice start!! drawing is practice, the more you draw the more you can draw, keep drawing.
