Sticky both hands
Space x1
Shift+Space x3

Lower shoulders
Extend left knee
Space x1

Contract left knee
Extend left hip
Contract right hip
Contract right knee
Space x2

Raise shoulders
Space x2

Lower shoulders
Space x3

And finish however you want, land cool, throw the head, whatever.

I think that is a prety damn good
