Please elaborate. Are you talking about toriexchange, or an item that's stuck in the trade centre?

Assuming it's in the Exchange, go to your Orders and cancel the one with the item you want back. Then go to your portfolio and send it back to your inventory.

I don`t think so...you should have a "stop trading item" under the price of it...click that and after you can send it(I think)
