why is this command a thing? i typed it and it did nothing :v

I'm sure the reason why it doesn't work is because it was either useless and removed or it was never fixed, that or it's something only admins can use, to be fair it sounds comepletely useless, and you could just ask devs in a pm or an admin since they're the ones that most likely know.

It used to be a command but I guess it just fell apart and a bug might've stuffed it up.
