You can't use invisible textures. Some people have heads with translucent parts, but I'm pretty sure you can't upload them anymore.

Yeah, invisible textures are against the rules.
Textures are allowed to be partially transparent provided the impact of your art doesn't lower the competitiveness of the game. Example: If most of an area is invisible, that's not allowed. If it's touches of transparency for artistic purposes, it's okay.
