When is relaxing muscles a good idea? I don't see it done very much, but i've seen hampa's replays which make use of if it. Anyone have any tips on relaxing muscles?
Besides being harder to dismember relaxed joints have no cap on the rotational speed they can reach. So for a real fast punch it is better to relax some joints then contract them at the moment of impact.
Having some parts of the body relaxed also looks a bit more natural. Looks cooler imho
