Limp spinning 100 distance head kickoff
I just did this accidentally, and it's fairly awesome.



Keep all relaxed
Raise shoulders
Extend pecs
Right rotate chest
Space x1
Extend left hip
Space x1
Lower right shoulder
Contract right pec and left knee
Left rotate chest
Space x2
Extend knees
Contract left ankle
Space x1
Done!
