What error message do you get when you try and activate it?

Ishi: he cant even try and activate it...there is no activation button

He doesn't get a message.
The button isn't there.
This is similar to the "can't stop selling item" in its visual symptoms.

Yeah it was over a year ago i may have put it in the exchange then i don't clearly remember. That would explain the problem because that's what the other people are getting aswell. Thanks for the help guys.
