Currently, the toribash lottery claims that it will give out 1million tc "2 weeks after the forum gets 500,000 posts."

I realize after buying a ticket for that lottery that the forum now has over 700k posts.
1. Did it reach the 500k mark less than 2 weeks ago?
2. If it's already over, is there going to be another in which I could use my ticket?
3. If not, can I get a refund on my purchase?

So that's 500 won games for an item that has no purpose... *sigh*

So if there's no chance that I might get a refund... is there any possibility that my ticket might work for a future lottery?
