Thats hawt.

Looks pretty balanced, nice colours used, maybe add some depth and foregrounded stuff, like its 'esploding in all directions.

How did you make it? (not what program, what kind of process =P)
When I see you, my heart goes DOKI⑨DOKI

Nice... it reminds me of some sporting company logo.

  1. Made a layer with the blue background.
  2. Made the border on another layer.
  3. Identify and mark a spot where all the brushes will come from (Central point).
  4. Added some pink splashes on another layer, and set the layer to soft light.
  5. Added some more pink splashes on a new layer (the pink is brighter than the previous layer).
  6. Added some blue splashes for contrast.
  7. Add some black brushes that go from the central point you picked to whereever you want it to end.
  8. Place some brushes around that you want to "glow", and set their blending option to Outer Glow, 30px size and colour dodge.
  9. (Optional) Apply a scanline effect.
  10. Bask in your new work of art.
Also, I did another one for a PC Wallpaper. Will stick on my DeviantArt account soonish.
