Upload it to imageshack, photobucket or similar then use the inset image thingy (the lill yellow box with mountains on it).

why does it come out like this then??

If it's saved as an animated GIF then it should upload correctly.

Try another image host & see if it works.

the water picture is already on gimp u just colored and made eyes >.>

And don't make them so big :s
