can i transform uke into a bot or something, in single player, so i can train like if i was in multiplayer

Nope. Sorry, but you can't make Uke move automatically.

The best bet would be you controlling Uke as well, or having a friend do it.

Well, a fighting bot is in the making. Coding a bot would need access to the source of Toribash I think. :/

So, do what I said, get a friend to control Uke.
