well i got a takedown move that has great add-on potential i think


demo settings

dont hold all, stay limp

contract knees and lower shoulders

space 8 times

now hit c

extend knees, hips, abs, and ankles
and raise shoulders


and hit p, post if ya add something to it, this will knock uke into the air pretty high

Nice, but the problem is you take more damage than Uke and it's just as difficult to move afterwards for you than it is for him.

well i found that when you press c and extend all of your leg muscles, you can also extend your glutes. if you do this and extend your neck, as well as contract your abs, you should take uke's right arm off. I'm not sure if it will work for everyone but i worked twice for me.
it should also work even if you only hit space 7 times in the beginning.
And... by extending abs and neck, then pressing space 4x you will be in the position to rip off his leg. grabby hands, contract elbows. it is as simple as that.

i took the start of your move and decided to go a bit of a different way...

i tried original way too and it did even better, i like the move, very add-onable, nice.
