Well i asked my parents if i can buy something from the internet,And they said,That Credit Cards are so DAngerous,Cause on friend of him Got Abused by Credit card number,They Cannot pay this so much high price,And police locked down they house,i was kinda scared when i heard that,But i really want to buy TC.
And I'm afraid that i will got abused like this guy.

paypal offers buyer protection and stuff like that... they've got a reputation to uphold, so you're pretty safe with them...

not very clean reputation I must say. PayPal belongs eBay now, but one of creators was Max Levchin, who was known as a hacker in the past. And there were strange account freezes some time ago. But its still the best internet payment we have.

Post above confuses me but i think you mean you can only buy tc if the credit card belongs to you? If so then no I have a paypal (lied about my age) and have my moms bank and credit card on it and buy tc sometimes. (of course i ask my mom if i can and i pay her with my money for it
