Honestly, it looks like you drew it while sitting on a jackhammer. :/
1. Too many lines, they make it look shaky.
2. The lines aren't exactly straight.
3. Proportions are a bit off, though it's not too bad.
4. Where's his crotch? >.>
That's a 4/10 from me, i'm afraid. I'm not an artist myself, so i can't really do better, but still.
