Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
toribash: Depends: libc6 (>= 2.7-1) but 2.3.6.ds1-13etch8 is to be installed
E: Broken packages
It seems like I have the lastest avalible libc6 (have checked some official repositories) so i dont know whats the problem :/

Standard Debian tends to stick to older packages to aid stability - of course that has a downside as you're experiencing.

You'll find the newer versions in Sid, or you could as suggested just download the .tar.gz version - which also has the advantage of you not having to sort the texture download issue.
