I tried to buy 10K TC with OneBip.
But when I try to buy them it says "loading"
then a window appears, saying
"FAILED!"
Unkown error. We are sorry, we are unable to complete the transfer at this moment. Please try again later.

I didnt lose money from my Mobile, but I would still like to buy TC.
btw: I dont know if its of importance, but I am using Simyo, but that uses the E-Plus network, so it should be fine I think.

EDIT: And I get at a SMS after the failed purchase that says:
(translated to english from german) "WeДre sorry, but you are not allowed to use this service."
