i started playing yesterday, and already won quite a lot, but i never get tc:s
if i go to ingame earnings i had won 79 matches and earned 20tc's?
i hope someone can help me..

you cannot gain tc in private servers you must play in servers labled things like pro semipro or begginer.

Make sure you are not playing someone useing the same i.p as you. And you may need to wait a whole day to get the tc you have won because it is not an instant thing that as soon as you win you get the tc in your personal bank.
