Every time I try to get Cel-Shading to work it unchecks it.
i dont get it.

K. First off you need to have working shaders.

2nd, even if you can run normal shaders it doesn't mean they'll all work. Cell shading requires a higher shader version than the others.

i can run good shaders at like 30-40 fps.
