Running is really complicated :P there are some really good running replays floating around, search the forums and try to learn off of what they did.

the key is heavy gravity and relaxed knees.

start off leaning forward. your back will probably be nearly parallel with the ground, and thats ok. if you get too straight up, you will just fall backwards and you cant recover from it gracefully.
