(windows for windows, mac for mac)
It wont even open

Make sure you're downloading the right version for your Mac as there's 2.

I've been having the same problem.
It happens over and over.
I open it up, and after 5 seconds of menu
It freezes, so I have to open a new one.
And eventually it works.
