I'm pretty good a pulling off this move so here we go...
Distance: 100
10 frames per space
hold all
extend abs
contract pecs
set both hands to grab
space 2x
contract ankles
contract knees
raise shoulders
space 4x
extend knees
space x2-5 (you'll know it when you see it)
contract knees
contract hips
contract abs
lower shoulders
space until you see the awesomeness before you
finish in cool ninja pose
this can have veried results. Some times only the head comes off. Other times both the arms and the head will go flying.
