but i dont have all the textures i got only 4

You don't use the custom folder to make textures, you use it to preview textures.

Go to someone's custom who has full texture set (for example one of the admins), then check the file names. Do the textures, and rename them as they are in the other guys textures.

Then save it as a .tga file, which dosent have RLE compression. Then just paste them to your/some other guys custom folder.
