Yeah, as they said, it's not really against the rules because there's not really much we can do against it.

If someone quits on you, it counts as a win for you and a loss for them anyways.

EDIT:

According to all the messages I'm getting on the subject, this has changed since I last heard. Apparently it doesn't count as a win or loss for either person.
It doesn't make the quitter any less of an asshole though.
