leg break head grab and whatever you want
hold all extend both ankles contract left  knee and hip space x 2 the person is on relax put them on hold again
extend knee space x1 the leg should break off for a leg break tab hold shift and space till leg breaks so now
you contract left knee contract pecs and contract abs and set hands to grab space x2 there ya go
