well man, i cant deny that you've got style
But seems that you are making things too blurry. Try using the hard brush or whatever its called. Also, i see there are some black line looking things there, i would suggest doing the sketch on an underlayer, then colouring on a higher level layer. Then hide the sketch layer, shade and highlight and work on details.

Artrage 2 is much cheaper. That's what I have, and it's quite functional as a virtual painter as well. I have corel painter essentials, but a really old version.

Is Corel Painter better than Photoshop?
Or it depends? If yes, on what?
What are pros and cons of each of them.
