Hey guy,our co leader of [Decap] Sent 30k to HebrewHamr in order to make a clan forum,but it past 1month and the clan forum is not yet ready,and not even a reply.
Why it takes so long?

The price for a clan is 50K now I'm sure. Also clans aren't guranteed to be accepted they have to be discussed.
