Kick reason?
When i kick someone by /kick no_rasicm
It just kicks him and does not appear any reason.

to kick a person with a message, it's /kick Name Message
such as /kick PlayerID57 cause you're gay
You wont be able to see the message, and neither will anyone else in the server. But the person who is kicked will see the message.
It should say something like
"kicked: Cause you're gay"
for them.
