how do u put on flames, get them, and make new ones

1. when you get one, you just activate it (like items)
2. you can get them from the 250k promo pack or from somone who already has one (wil NOT be cheap)
3. you cant make em, you can get em custom forged though, i think

No, it is not.

No. There are only a few people who can forge flames. For example most of the Nabi. You get your flames from them.
You can buy flames from them, also they are the ones who send you the flames after you bough the promos.

You can't save without buying the Flame Forge option under the boosters menu and then paying an large amount of TC to have it saved.
