So yeah, when I type /opt particle 1 or /option particle 1 in my macbook, it says, "invalid option". It's not lagging or anything it's just that maybe I typed the wrong option. fps 62, no lag, with shaders, not working. So any suggestions or ideas?

It's "particles' with the 'S' without the s it won't work
