Massive lose of qi
I've just lost around 11k qi, and I would really, really, like that back. I have no idea why or how but I did. If you look at my qi I have 0 I had around 11600~ qi. Could I please get refunded in some way? Or my qi back?

I used to be like rank 20ish, now I am rank 49.
I thought this was only because ranks were broken, but since you guys have had problems with qi, My problem could be similar.

If that is the ORIGINAL owner of the account,which i believe it is due to the signature then the buyer of the account has the right to transfer the qi.
