Yeah, reinstalling it doesn't fix the problem either. Here's the content of my stderr.txt:

Can you see if you're able to ping the servers listed in the FAQ thread here:

If you don't know how to ping:
Open a command prompt
Windows users can either find it on their start menu or use the run menu & start CMD (command if you're using Windows 2000).
Then type ping followed by the ip address.
