Okay normally my character has a head texture, but now it isnt showing up, ive replaced it in my folder several times but it doesnt work, can someone help me?

then in about 5mins /lp your name

and should fix it

the /dl should fix it by its self

I would assume it's RLE compressed.

Post file name and size. If it's not 48 or 64 kb, something's off.

go to gimp and save as a .TGA, it'll give you a option of rle compression, un-check it. then save.

Well i guess ill hafta ask someone to convert it for me. As long as they dont steal my head.

Send the head to me, and I'll give you a non-compressed version. It's quite easy with the right program.
