What colors should i use?

Maybe make a more defined face and eyes.

I would add shading and I think it would look good in black and red or green.

No no, green would ruin it.

make the mouth a dary grey maybe. =/

Wow, it turned out a lot better than I was expecting it to. The lines look high qualoty and the colours work very well together.

Regarding the mouth, I say make it dark grey like Decap said, and maybe do each segment a different gradient, from light to dark, starting from the top and then getting lighter as it goes down.
